My Why

Training from a young age taught me grit, discipline, failure, as well as community, balance and purpose. From this I learned how important it is to have an exercise routine in your life. It not only makes you physically fitter, but mentally stronger, and I believe it can help you excel in all parts of life.

I am inspired by many others, but I’m also inspired by myself. When I reflect and look back at what I’ve achieved academically, mentally and physically, I am amazed by myself and what I can do.

It is this growth and determination that inspires me to pursue this career, I want others to be able to feel great, find their balance, their purpose, and be inspired by their own story.
