In Person Coaching is perfect for someone that doesn’t really know where to start in the gym, or if you are looking for that extra push and accountability.
We will build up gradually at whatever pace you feel comfortable, as I know it can be overwhelming. I will teach you how to use the equipment safely and perform exercises correctly, so you gain confidence to exercise on your own.
You will have your own account on the app I use for all my clients, Everfit. Everything you need will be in the one place. We will check-in weekly to track your progress, make changes if needed and support your journey.

Booking a block or a single PT session is a great option if you are happy attending the gym yourself but want to go through correct form, to ensure you are working out safely and effectively. Or if you want to go through how to use the equipment machines/ how to perform certain exercises.
For example you book 5 sessions, and in each session we go through a different workout (legs, arms, back, chest, abs and cardio). This allows you to feel more confident and comfortable when working out.

Track sessions are a great alternative to just training in the gym. There are many benefits whether you are looking to improve your general fitness or sport specific training.

No. Unless you are doing online coaching.
You do not need to purchase a membership to use the gym or track if it is part of our in person session.
If you wish to attend more often, out with our sessions, you would need to purchase a membership.

In Person Coaching and Online Coaching are paid in monthly blocks (4 weeks).
Single/Block PT and Track Sessions are paid per session.
